Arrived very tired and it was lovely to open the door to a nice cool and clean room.
Kitchenette had everything needed for a stay.
Bed was comfortable. Shower and apartment looked nice and renovated recently.

Bowls club is walking distance and there is a nice beach down on the river.

Location out of the way from Nelson Bay, but a lovely area worth exploring and The Poyer's was fantastic for dinner and brekkie. We booked the motel in the last minutes due to our changed schedule. Luckily we have stayed at Lemon Tree Passage Motel for some reasons.
Location: It is not far from Nelson Bay and Port Stephens (around 20-30 minutes) and was a quiet … More place. Near Coles supermarket. It is close to a nice park and lake.
Services: was very clean, fresh and comfortable. Especially, we are very impressed by the owner, Jason who was fantastic and very responsive.
Others: There is a huge shared garden in the front of the motel as well which makes this place different from a hotel. We have also enjoyed our dinner at a club nearby called Tillgerry RSL Sports Club which is few minutes drive from the motel. Ensure you check out for daily special.
Thank you for your services, Jason. Highly recommend to a family with kids. We will definitely come back and stay longer.
